Andy Goldsworthy

some thoughts..

I feel a great empathy with Andy Goldsworthy's work. The way he works with materials found in nature following its natural patterns and shapes. Often making circles or spheres and admiring the way the sun shapes them or falls on them ..the way the river flow transforms the shapes..
All the elements water stone light.. are very connected to life and it's cycles and the way he engages with it, brings the beauty out of them and waits and admires it is a feeling i identify with and that often i try to convey with my work..
